I recently visited a rum distillery and had an incredible time! The staff at Distillerie Dillon was welcoming and provided a wealth of information about rum production. The tour of the distillery was eye-opening, and the rum tastings were a treat for the taste buds. I left with a newfound appreciation for rum and its complexities. It's definitely a place I would recommend!
