I recently made a purchase from thermatome.com and overall I am quite satisfied. The product arrived on time and was as described. The only issue I had was with the customer service, as it took a bit longer to get a response to my inquiry. However, once I did get a response, they were able to assist me and resolve the issue. I would consider buying from them again in the future.
