As a CUSTOMER, I must say that Bnc technology is an average company. Their website, bnctechnology.co.za, looks good and user-friendly. However, the customer service was not up to par. The response time was slow and the staff seemed uninterested in assisting me. I had to follow up multiple times just to get a simple answer. Overall, an average experience.
