I have been a customer of Queanbeyan City Council for several years and overall I am satisfied with their services. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable, and they always address my inquiries promptly. The council has done a great job in maintaining the city's infrastructure and ensuring the cleanliness of public spaces. However, there is room for improvement in terms of communication with residents and providing more transparency regarding decision-making processes. Overall, I would rate Queanbeyan City Council as average.
