I found Skyfluent CRM solutions to be quite average. While their website was easy to navigate and their customer support was helpful, I felt that their product lacked some essential features. The interface felt a bit outdated, and I had trouble customizing certain aspects to fit my needs. Overall, it did the job, but there are definitely better options out there.
