I recently used the services of Murjan Travel & FCM Travel Solutions for my vacation and I must say it was an average experience. The booking process was smooth and hassle-free, but I expected better customer service during my trip. There were a few issues with the hotel booking, and the staff seemed indifferent to my concerns. Overall, it wasn't a great experience.
