I recently dealt with an online real estate company based in Alanya. Overall, my experience with them was average. The website was user-friendly and had a good selection of properties. I was able to easily browse through different options and filter based on my preferences. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. It took quite a while to receive responses to my queries, and when I did, the information provided was not always clear. Additionally, the communication was not very professional or friendly. The process of purchasing a property was also fairly lengthy and there were delays in finalizing the paperwork. Despite these issues, the company did manage to help me find a suitable property within my budget. However, I feel that there is room for improvement in terms of customer service and efficiency.
