I recently had the opportunity to use a telemedicine service through a company based in Albania. 🏥💻 I must say that my experience was average overall. The website was easy to navigate and had a professional layout, which made scheduling my online consultation a breeze. However, the wait time to connect with a doctor was slightly longer than expected, and the video quality during the consultation was not the best. Nevertheless, the doctor I spoke with was knowledgeable and attentive, providing me with the information I needed. It was also convenient to receive medication prescriptions electronically. 📝💊 While there are some areas that could be improved, such as the waiting time and video quality, I appreciate the accessibility and convenience of the telemedicine service. 👍🏼💼
