I've had a mixed experience with Hot Shoppe Designs. While their design skills are commendable, their customer service leaves much to be desired. There were instances where they failed to meet deadlines and were unresponsive to my queries. However, when everything was finally done, the end result was satisfactory. If you can tolerate occasional frustrations, their designs are worth considering.
